about

I wrote this track late at night very quietly, thinking about the GURU, the teacher, whoever that may be in a life, and the surrender to be shown the way where necessary. The sanskrit chant here is the famous and beautiful Guru Stotram

lyrics

I know nothing about love
I haven’t learnt from you
Your grace your infinite patience
Leads me here to the mirror where I long to fall through
I am nothing without you
There is no turning of stars
Your prayer, your ever awareness
Is a stairway to the window where I sing to your heart

Show me, Show me, Show me the way
Show me, Show me, Show me the way

Guru Brahma Guru Vishnu
Guru Devo Maheshwara
Guru Sakshat Param Brahma
Tasmai Shri Gurave Namah

When my hands are outstretched
And my mind is outplayed
You can show me, you can show me the way
